Product Description

This wine is called "Night Owl" because it is so deep and rich with dark characteristics. Similar to the owl who visited me one evening in the winery. This wine needs oxygen to open the deep long finish. The weight in the mid palate is carried by black plums, black cherry, dried fig and currents. There is a slight herbaceous tarragon note that is rounded by the vanilla of the Allier and Bertrange barrels.
